  • I made a purchase, what is next?

After making a purchase, items will be ordered from our main warehouse. Within 3 days it gets in our warehouse and we ship it the same day or, at the most, the following day. You will get and email from our system and from our responsible.

  • Is possible to have a tracking code for the goods?

Of course! You will be notified, via email, from the courier DHL. Is possibile, anyway, to ask for the tracking code. All shippings are trackable on DHL website.

  • Is possible to pay with cash on delivery?

Si, accettiamo anche il pagamento in contrassegno, con una sovrattassa sulla spedizione di 4€

  • How shipping costs are calculated?

Shipping costs is fixed and it's 6€.

  • The order is late? Why?

When the goods leave our warehouse, it's courier's responability to respect shown delivery times. Our company is not responsable for any delays. The customer needs, eventually,to contact the courier's zone warehouse for more informations.

  • I placed an order but the confirm mail arrived the following day. Why?

All orders are processed between 8:30 ad 14:30, from monday to tuesday. Order placed on saturday or sunday will be processed on the following monday.

  • I noticed, after placing an order, I can't access my order history.

The option "ORDERS HISTORY" is available only for registered users. Orders placed with "GUEST" option are not made for orders history.
